Our company has launched three models of 7W blue laser diodes (with beam shaping)

In recent years, the gallium nitride (GaN) industry within the third-generation semiconductor sector has surged forward, achieving significant progress in three major fields: LEDs, power devices, and radio frequency applications. In fact, the development of GaN-based lasers has reached an even more mature stage, with the market consistently experiencing rapid and steady growth. As a crucial component of GaN-based lasers, blue lasers hold an exceptionally important position.

The applications of blue lasers are extremely extensive and can be used in fields such as laser display, laser illumination, automotive projection headlights, laser engraving, highly reflective metal processing, 3D scanning, AR/VR, underwater LiDAR, medical applications, laser communication, and other fields.

In response to market demands, the power of blue laser chips has been progressively increasing. Recently, ams-OSRAM launched a blue laser diode with an optical power of up to 7W (Model: PLPT9 450MD_E). Based on this product, our company has introduced three types of beam-shaped blue laser diodes. These products deliver an output power of up to 7W at a 4A current, and are characterized by their stability, reliability, and cost-effectiveness. We hope they will provide new momentum for applications such as laser engraving, highly reflective metal processing, laser soldering, and lighting.
